For years I worked physically – carrying, lifting, standing for hours. That work didn't just build my body. It forced me to learn how to move safely, efficiently, and sustainably. I tested everything: yoga, animal flow, long-distance running, kettlebells, strongman. Not as a hobby – as a necessity.
What came out of that is a training approach built around the human body the way it was designed to move. Not aesthetic. Not performance for its own sake. Functional, natural, lasting.

NERVOUS SYSTEM REGULATION
Breath is part
of every training session.
Most people think of breathwork and physical training as two separate things. I don't separate them. Learning to regulate your breath under physical load is learning to regulate your nervous system under pressure – and that skill transfers everywhere.
For me this wasn't theory. Conscious work with breath was a central part of how I pulled myself out of anxiety states and panic attacks. I know from the inside what it means when your body goes into alarm – and I know what it takes to come back. That knowledge is built into how I train people, whether we're lifting heavy or lying on the floor breathing.
Your body learns what you practice. If you only ever train the physical, you're leaving the most powerful lever untouched.
Three formats
Therapeutic Breathwork
One session can shift what months of talking has not. You reach layers of your body, mind and spirit that thinking simply cannot access.
Personal training
Write a short text about your service. Highlight key benefits for potential clients.
Train in a small, consistent group that knows your name and shows up three times a week. Community and regularity do what motivation alone cannot sustain.

Therapeutic Breathwork
Breathwork is not relaxation. It is one of the most direct routes into the parts of yourself that thinking cannot reach.
Conscious Connected Breath is a therapeutic breathing technique that bypasses the analytical mind and creates direct access to the body's deeper layers – stored tension, suppressed emotion, patterns held in the nervous system. A single session can shift what months of talking has not.
What a session can bring:
Deep release of physical and emotional tension
Greater clarity and sense of inner space
Reduced anxiety and improved nervous system regulation
Contact with parts of yourself that are usually out of reach
A felt sense of wholeness that is difficult to describe and easy to recognize

Personal Training
One-on-one sessions tailored to your body, your history, and your goals. Whether you're rebuilding after injury, learning to move safely at work, or simply want to feel stronger in everyday life – we start where you are and build from there.
My training background includes certification from one of Poland's leading personal training academies and a year-long mentoring program at Moved Academy. More importantly: years of testing what actually works on a real body doing real work.

Total Human
Group workouts
A small, consistent group that trains together three times a week. Not a drop-in class. A community that shows up, pushes each other, and knows each other's names.
The training combines functional movement, strength, and elements of animal flow and strongman. Adapted to all levels. The only requirement is showing up.
